How do I book?Read
Open the experience that interests you and send a booking request with your preferred date and group details. We’ll check availability and arrangements, then contact you personally. A 30% deposit secures the booking.
Is the price per person?Read
No. Each price is for the private boat. Guest limits vary by experience and include children. Let us know children’s ages so we can discuss suitability before confirming.
Where do we meet?Read
The meeting point, departure time and any transfer arrangements will be confirmed directly with you before your experience.
When do I pay?Read
A 30% deposit secures your booking. Full payment is due 48 hours before departure, when the booking becomes the final commitment by both sides. Payment instructions are provided personally; this website does not take payments.
What if the weather changes?Read
Your captain considers the sea and weather before departure. We may discuss a different route or time. If we cancel for weather, safety or a mechanical issue, you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
What should I bring?Read
Bring sun protection, a hat, and whatever you need for a comfortable time on the water. If swimming is part of your agreed plan, bring swimwear and a towel. We’ll confirm any experience-specific details beforehand.
What is included?Read
Each experience has its own essentials and arrangements. Check its detail page and your personal confirmation. Food, equipment and transfers are only included when specifically confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my booking?Read
Please contact us as soon as your plans change. Our readable Booking & Cancellation Policy explains refunds at each stage and is available before you send a request or pay a deposit.
