Securing your booking
A 30% deposit secures your booking after availability, the route and arrangements have been confirmed with you. The website sends a request only and does not take payment.
Final confirmation
Full payment is due 48 hours before departure. Once full payment is complete, the booking represents the final commitment by both you and Island & Sea Vanuatu for the agreed date and experience.
If your plans change
For a guest-initiated cancellation more than 72 hours before departure, a 15% cancellation charge applies and 85% of the total booking price is refunded.
From 72 hours until 48 hours before departure, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Any amount paid above the deposit is refunded.
After full payment, and within 48 hours of departure, guest-initiated cancellations are generally non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.
If the captain needs to cancel
If the captain cancels because of weather, safety conditions or a mechanical issue, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
