Booking, payment and cancellation

A 30% deposit secures your booking. Full payment is due 48 hours before departure and is the final commitment by both sides. Guest cancellations more than 72 hours before departure receive an 85% refund; from 72 to 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable; within 48 hours, guest cancellations are generally non-refundable.

If the captain cancels for weather, safety or mechanical reasons, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. Read the full policy.
